BrizoSystem provides a variety of reports to help you monitor, analyze, and manage your financial data. This guide explains how to view, filter, and customize reports effectively.
1. Accessing Reports
Navigate to the Reports section from the left-side navigation menu.
By default, you will see three primary reports:
Profit & Loss
Balance Sheet
Cashflow
To access additional reports, click All Reports.
2. Selecting a Report
Click on a report name or widget to open it.
You can use the search bar in All Reports to quickly find a specific report.
Each report widget has a star icon:
Click the star to mark it as a favorite.
Favorited reports will appear in your navigation menu the next time you log in, giving quick access to frequently used reports.
3. Changing the Organisation
If your account has access to multiple organisations, select the desired organisation from the top-left dropdown.
The selected organisation will apply to all reports displayed.
4. Selecting the Reporting Period
Use the period selector at the top of the page to choose the reporting period.
Options may include:
Last month
Last quarter
Last 6 months
Year-to-date
Custom range
Note: Some reports may have their own period selection, which overrides the global setting for that report only.
5. Filtering Data
Many reports allow filtering by sections, accounts, or KPIs.
Click the filter icon to expand available options.
Apply multiple filters simultaneously to narrow down the data you want to see.
6. Exporting Reports
Click Export to download the report in:
Excel (.xlsx)
PDF
CSV
Exported reports include applied filters and selected periods.
7. Tips for Efficient Reporting
Use the favorite/star icon to quickly access frequently used reports.
Use comparison options (e.g., vs last year) to analyze trends easily.
