BrizoSystem dashboards give you a quick overview of your organization's financial performance. While default dashboards cover the most common needs, you can customize dashboards to focus on the metrics that matter most to you.
1. Accessing Dashboards
Log in to BrizoSystem.
Use the left-hand navigation menu to select a dashboard.
By default, you have access to:Main Profitability
Asset and Debt Management
Cashflow Overview
Custom Analytics
2. Changing Dashboard Layout
You can adjust the layout of each dashboard to better suit your workflow:
Click Edit icon in the top-right corner of the dashboard.
Use drag-and-drop to move charts and tables.
Resize charts by dragging the bottom-right corner.
Click Save to keep your changes.
3. Adding or Removing Charts
Click Add Widget.
Select the type of chart or table you want:
Profit & Loss Trends
Balance Sheet Overview
Cashflow Forecast
Custom Reports
etc.
To remove a widget, click the cross icon on the chart and select Remove.
4. Customizing Chart Data and Periods
Each dashboard chart can be customized to show the data you need:
Select Data Source – choose the section, accounts, or KPIs to display.
Adjust Periods – change the time frame as needed (e.g., Last 6 Months, Last Year).
Change Widget Type – switch between table, text, chart, or combined widget.
All changes are reflected immediately on the dashboard.
5. Saving and Sharing Custom Dashboards
After customizing, click Save.
Name your dashboard for future access.
Tips for Effective Customization
Focus on metrics that you review daily or weekly.
Use chart types consistently to make dashboards easier to read.
Regularly update filters and periods to ensure you’re viewing the latest information.
