What this article covers: How to navigate and use BrizoSystem's built-in dashboards — switching between dashboards, changing the reporting period, drilling into widgets, and switching between entity and group views.
1. Accessing Dashboards
Select Dashboard from the left navigation. BrizoSystem includes four built-in dashboards available immediately — no setup required:
Dashboard What it shows
Main Dashboard High-level overview of group results — revenue, profit, cash position, and key KPIs
Profitability Dashboard Revenue, margins, and profit analysis across entities and periods
Asset Dashboard Key asset metrics, balances, and movements
Debt Management Dashboard Liabilities, loans, and repayment tracking
Switch between dashboards at any time by clicking them in the left navigation. You can also create your own custom dashboards — see Customizing Dashboards.
2. Switching Between Entity and Group View
Use the organisation selector in the top-left corner to choose what you are viewing:
View What it shows
Entity level Results for a single entity in its own base currency
Group level Consolidated results across all entities in the group, in the group reporting currency
3. Changing the Reporting Period
There are two ways to control the period shown on a dashboard:
Control What it does
Global Reporting Period Located at the top of the screen — sets the primary reporting period for the entire dashboard (e.g. switch from March 2025 to April 2025)
Chart-Level Period Filter Each individual chart also has its own period filter — options include Last 6 Months, Last 12 Months, Year vs Last Year, and custom date ranges. Use these to analyse specific trends while keeping the global period consistent.
4. Dashboard Layout & Navigation
Element How it works
