Viewing Pulse Metrics

Modified on Wed, 24 Sep at 3:35 AM

Pulse is your real-time financial health hub in BrizoSystem. It provides four key pages that help you monitor and act on critical financial insights:

1. Key Metrics

  • Displays the metrics that matter most to your business.

  • Each metric shows Current Month, Year-to-Date (YTD), Target, Variance, and Progress/Spotlight.

  • Use the edit icon to:

    • Select which metrics to track.

    • Set and adjust targets.

    • Organize the order of metrics for clarity.

2. Cash Flow Analysis

  • View a waterfall chart with a calculated health score based on your selected metrics.

  • The chart gives you an instant overview of cash health.

  • You can drill down to see details — for example, changes in fixed assets.

3. Receivables

  • Shows an aging summary by customer with a health score.

  • Drill down from a customer into individual invoices for more detail.

4. Payables

  • Presents a clear view of payables days and unpaid bills, with an automatically calculated health score.

Health Scores and KPIs

  • Health scores across all Pulse pages are based on the KPIs you select and their weighting.

  • For example, you can change how the Payables health score is calculated by adjusting the metrics and weightings.

  • BrizoSystem includes a wide range of built-in KPIs.

  • If you need something specific, you can create your own KPI by defining a formula.

Customization and Collaboration

  • You can comment on any metric in Pulse, just like in other BrizoSystem components.

  • Customize your view to focus on the metrics that matter most to your business.

  • Pulse is designed not only to display numbers, but also to help you actively manage financial health.
